The food is based on recipes cooked in the homes of the Latin American culture, served with a twist. The preparations are classic especially with the plantains. We remember our guests and remember what they like in dining out and do our very best in recreating that in each of their experience.

Our drinks are handcrafted individually for each guest. They actually take a bit longer to prepare; however, they are always worth the wait. We have a specialty spirits program that is unique to St. Louis. We focus our spirits around the culture of food. Instead of ordering your 'normal' spirit selection, we offer something from Cuba, Latin etc.

We display many 17th & 18th century pieces of art from churches around the world. Prayers over 450 years old are painted on metal and in the main dining room.
