Our cocktail menu has been nominated two years in a row for World’s Best Cocktail Menu and World’s Best Drinks Selection, respectively, by the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards committee. The menu contains a vast selection of libations for anyone’s tastes. We have divided our menu into several sections to highlight the abilities of our bar staff, innovations we’ve embraced, and seasonal inspirations we’ve encompassed. We strive to bring every guest the most unique experience in a glass possible, utilizing the freshest ingredients and quality spirits, all within the comfy confines of our bar. Seasonal Sippers
We like keeping things new and fresh. This section of our menu does just that. We craft cocktails based on the season at hand and change up these selections four times a year . . . to coincide with the seasons. In spring, summer, and early fall we utilize as much from our patio garden as possible to give all our guests a true garden-to-glass experience. It’s not uncommon for our bar staff to wonder through the garden with a pair of scissors on a nightly basis, picking fresh produce straight from the vine / stalk to use in your preparing your libations. If you’re feeling up to it, we’ll even hand you the scissors and let you choose what you want us to use!!

Cocktails on Tap
Innovation keeps us on our toes. And we are like ballet dancers with our Cocktails on Tap. That’s right. We have cocktails coming off of the tap just like beer. Put the glass up to the spout, pour, and place in your hand!! We have a few staples on tap – Sangria and our House Punch. The other two taps we reserve for seasonally inspired flavors. Ask our staff what’s new on tap and enjoy the flavors of the season!!

Big Bertha Cocktails
Every 4-6 months, we take a trip to Bardstown, Kentucky, and hand select our own barrel of Elijah Craig 12 Year bourbon. We taste through 3-5 barrels and pick the one that best suits our tastes. Once the contents of the barrel come into the bar, we play around with a few recipes and develop a small menu highlighting the versatility of our own barrel. As a gift, we also get the actual barrel our bourbon was aged in. Those barrels are displayed around the bar. Stay tuned for a very special tasting dinner in 2014 highlighting every barrel we’ve brought into the bar!!

Barrel Aged Cocktails
We have experimented with many recipes for our own barrel aged cocktails. The three that are our staples, best sellers, and best tasting currently don our menu. They will continue to be our house blends as long as they keep our guests happy.
Our thought on the whole project was to take spirits that have not seen life in a barrel and see what the wood did to their flavor profiles. We use white spirits (white whiskies, pisco, dry vermouths, and un-aged liqueurs) as our blank canvas and put our skills as flavor mixers to the test. We’ll let these concoctions sit in our barrels for a minimum of 8 weeks and dump them when they taste just right. The aged mix is re-bottle and then used as is or modified with juices, bitters, or other fresh ingredients to bring you what we think is a test of our patience and time gone right. Relax, tilt one back, and enjoy the fruits of our labor.

Old Stand-Bys
We noticed a few of our guests looking over our extensive cocktail menu and hesitatingly asking us, “Can I just get a Cosmo?” The answer is YES!!! If we have the ingredients, we want to make you whatever you desire with the best of our ability and we want every one of our guests to feel comfortable in our bar. We also noticed a majority of cocktail bars around the country not advertising they can produce these commonly called for cocktails. Making guests smile and feel comfortable is our business, and we hope that displaying these stand-by cocktails on our menu does just that. Not in the mood to branch out today? No worries.
