1 – Classic Caesar Salad
Housemade caesar dressing and fresh-baked croutons, served in a parmesan bowl.

Lump crab meat in a rich creamy broth, topped with scratch crème fraîche and served with Sherry and crostini

Foundations Farms quail risotto with wild mushroom medley & crispy Serrano ham.
paired with Bodegas Barroja 2015 Berroia Txacoli, Basque, Spain
4 – Filet of Beef
4 oz Filet of beef with sauce lyonnaise & sautéed potato balls
paired with LaMadrid 2013 Cabernet Franc Reserva, Mendoza, Argentina
5 – Hazelnut-Truffle Molten Chocolate Cake
Chocolate cake served warm & oozing melted hazelnut truffle center.
paired with Elio Perrone, 2016 Bigaro, Piedmont, Italy
